Come see us at our all new Kings River Lodges in Shell Knob, MO. Beautiful post and beam construction in this brand new log cabin with 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, every bathroom unique. Stone fireplace in living room, french doors off one bedroom on to private deck. King in one bedroom and queen in the other. Kings River Lodges consists 6 condos in two large post and beam log cabins off the first hole of the Kings River Golf course and Table Rock Lake on the other side. They were started about 3 years ago then went into foreclosure. Rent R House purchased then last July. They will be complete by mid May. In the Southern building there are 4 units total, 2 down and 2 up. The 2 units on the lower level have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms each with 9 ft ceilings and the 2 upper level units have 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms plus a loft in each with 21 ft ceilings.
The Northern building was converted to just 2 units. For the downstairs we have provided several layers of soundproofing so as not to be disturbed by upstairs renters, 9 foot ceilings, 5 bedrooms, one quite large with 2 sets of twin over double bunk beds plus a trundle underneath with 2 more double beds with a Wii console, a small table for games and lots of floor space. It has over 2000 sq ft of deck space with triple french doors off the living room and double french doors off 2 of the bedrooms. The Upstairs has 6 sleeping areas, 5 bedrooms plus a loft and 4 bathrooms, granite countertops, copper farm house sink, huge pantry, lots of counter space. Large open floor plan with kitchen open to the great room. Breakfast bar seating. Large dining area, stone fireplace, 42″ HDTV above fireplace. Second play space in the loft bedroom for those family gatherings with another 42” HDTV and Wii console. Hardwood floors in living area, carpet in bedrooms. Over 800 sq ft of deck with french door off living room and french doors to deck off 2 of the bedrooms. Boat launch directly across the street. Kings River Marina just a few miles away for boat slip rental.
Outdoor kitchen, firepit and hot tub. Lots of yard space for outdoor games. There is a large flat area along the shore just about 1/2 mile away that is almost mowed so very nice for shore fishing or swimming. Golf carts available for rent.
Conservation area just a couple of miles away for bird watching, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Dogwood Canyon nature park only 7 miles away. Blueberry farm open to the public just 10 miles away. Eureka Springs only 20 min and Branson Landing or Silver Dollar City about 40 minute drive.
